Property Development
Our consulting services are geared towards property developers who regularly face the question of whether to delay the sale of their new projects until the property has been built and fully let, or to sell before construction begins by means of a forward deal. Not every new project is suitable for a forward deal and not every project has to be recognised on the developer’s own balance sheet.
